Consultation Phase: Embark on a personalised design journey with my initial consultation. During this immersive 90-minute session, I'll visit your residential or commercial space. Through a series of detailed questions, I'll delve deep into your preferences, needs, and the ambiance you want to create. We'll also explore the potential integration of existing furniture pieces into the new design. This phase is all about understanding your essence and translating it into your space. Our discussion will also include an open conversation about the budget, ensuring that your vision aligns seamlessly with practicality.
Follow-Up Email: After the consultation, I'll provide a comprehensive follow-up through email. This correspondence will serve as a detailed recap of our in-person discussion. It'll include a breakdown of the estimated budget required for products and outlines the anticipated hours needed for project realisation. These estimations will guide the formulation of a preliminary design fee, providing you with a clear understanding of the investment required. If my estimates resonate with your vision, we'll proceed to the next phase upon receipt of a deposit.
Budget Considerations: My design services cater to a diverse range of budgets, accommodating both modest and generous allocations. For those seeking a complete transformation of their living area and bedroom from scratch, I recommend a budget starting from $10,000. This ensures a holistic and impactful design that resonates with your aspirations.
3. Concept: Soon after, I will provide you with a mood-board that allows you to visualise the design process easier. This will include floor plan/ layout, material and furniture selection of each room. I will also present you with loads of inspirational imagery so than you can imagine how your home could look like once it's been transformed. Together, we work on getting the concept right; we talk you through the plan for each room and note your feedback.We will specify the products after we have fine-tuned the concept. The time has come to make decisions in the process. For each room, I will provide you with a full product specification sheet with images, costs, and dimensions. I will invoice you once you approve the products and work with our suppliers to order and deliver them.
4. Style: After the products have been paid for and delivered to your home, I will walk through the rooms and style them to their full potential.
5: Finish: I will leave and let you enjoy your new space.
